A well-rounded practitioner of architectural history and real estate sales and development, Maggie Wineland is a passionate advocate for the creative re-use of the built environment. Her early and multicultural education began with the family business in handmade textiles in which she worked and traveled throughout Mexico and the American Southwest. She later earned a B.A. in Japanese Studies from UCLA then lived and worked in the Tokyo expatriate business community. A dozen years owning and managing property in Los Angeles and Phoenix were followed by several years of award-winning sales volume at Keller Williams Los Feliz. She comes to The Nick Hadim Group of Companies with the experience needed to navigate the complex and opportunity-rich Los Angeles market, identifying the best opportunities for our valued clientele. Her skills include real estate market analysis, renovation of vintage structures, historical research, collaborative projects, and committed, above-and-beyond client services.
To further her expertise and to continue to advise our investors at the highest possible level, Maggie continues her advanced education, concurrently pursuing a Master's degree in Historic Preservation (USC Graduate School of Architecture) and a Master's Certificate in Real Estate Development (USC Price School of Public Policy). Her personal interests include historic architecture, Tango, fitness, baking and literature.
