His business practice focuses on identifying creative spaces and urban in-fill projects, representing tenants/clients leasing commercial spaces, sales acquisitions, and maximizing values with difficult assets and time constrained situations. His domain of work covers greater Los Angeles, Downtown, Culver City, West Los Angeles, Hollywood/West Hollywood/East Hollywood (Hollywood's Media District), Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills/Miracle Mile/Park Mile/Hancock Park, and surrounding areas. His creative and dynamic approach to understanding clients’ needs deliver results that impacts clients’ bottom line. His vast experiences in Commercial real estate include real estate market knowledge, real estate portfolio strategy, real estate financial analyses, leasing, disposition, acquisition, due diligence, contract negotiation, property marketing, creative tenants, creative spaces. Bahmanyar received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience/ Psychobiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He then continued to pursue his MBA in entrepreneurship graduating with honors from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
