Ms. Valdez is an energetic, creative individual committed to providing her clients with a positive experience when it comes to finding the right location for their business. 

Ms. Valdez has a background in commercial real estate, with experience assisting both small and large corporations.  Prior to joining the Nick Hadim Group of Companies, Ms. Valdez worked for the Coachella Valley Enterprise Zone (CVEZ), working with commercial realtors and city planners to attract new businesses and encourage job creation in the region. Specifically, Ms. Valdez helped prospective businesses take advantage of tax incentives and provided business owners with critical resources necessary to minimize overhead.   Until July 2012, Ms. Valdez served as a board member on the Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce, bringing local businesses together and helping them identify new investment opportunities.  

Ms. Valdez graduated from Vanguard University with a Bachelor's degree in business administration and is currently on the path to obtaining her Master's degree in public administration at California State University Long Beach. Her positive attitude, knowledge and passion to succeed make her a great addition to the Nick Hadim team.
