Andy Lin is a registered professional civil engineer graduated from UC Davis. He has worked with Dept of Transportation State of California in bridge design and bridge construction, and completed various bridge construction projects in northern California. He is also a California licensed real estate broker, and has been involved in residential and commercial real estate for over 10 years. Having the experience working with director of land acquisition and construction manager of major retailers and homebuilders such as McDonald's, Starbucks, Arco, Lennar Homes, and Standard Pacific Homes, Andy has grasped the knowledge and desires of what the major retailers and homebuilders seek in the commercial and residential aspects of the real estate market.
