HISTORY
In the late 2000's Los Angeles artists dreamt of finding large, affordable spaces in previously abandoned buildings, and our company had a vision to create artist studios in the heart of Los Angeles catering to the particular needs of the creative tenant.
Creatives from Culver City, Venice, Santa Monica and Hollywood took an interest in the Mid-City Artist District of Los Angeles once they realized what the district offered.
The central location of the Mid-City Artist District and proximity to the 10 freeway makes it an ideal locale for those who prefer to stay near to the west side while having access to the Arts Districts of Culver City and Downtown. The Expo Line of the LA Metro rail system is within easy walking distance.
Today a large population of artists maintain studios and galleries in the Midtown Artist District.
